Parade Of Homes 2023

The Parade of Homes is a biannual event held in the fall and spring. This year, it will showcase new developments from September 9th to October 1st.

Established in 1948, the Parade of Homes serves as a representation of builders, remodelers, and developers, with the purpose of promoting their work. It also functions as a showcase to demonstrate what a builder can accomplish for your own home. Moreover, it provides inspiration to many attendees, as they visit the Parade of Homes primarily to explore the homes, observe their decor, and gather ideas.

Many times, Parade homes are all located in a new development neighborhood. There will be newly built homes that showcase what the builders or remodelers can do. Some are customizable homes with a template, and you can choose what you want, such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and even the smallest touches.

In the Twin Cities, more than 300 homes are featured, and you can locate them either by visiting the Parade of Homes website or by picking up a brochure at a local gas station. These homes are open houses, accessible to anyone. Most of the time, they will have specified visiting hours, and many people will be there at once.

Don’t miss the chance to be a part of this exciting showcase of architectural excellence and interior design brilliance, and explore home innovation, creativity, and more.

Slater Realty Group has been representing buyers in new construction for decades. If you want the best representation, Sooner or Later you’ll call Jim Slater!
