Twin Cities Housing Market is Booming!
The fall market in the Twin Cities has proven to be one of the best in a decade according to Jim Buchta at the Star Tribune. Buyers outnumbered sellers in the month of September, and there was an increase in first-time home buyers as well. Sales increased 12% in September compared with last September. Last month also marked a record high number of pending sales since 2005. The warm weather and low interest rates has definitely kept the market going as fall arrived and should continue to be strong in 2015.
